Rex E. Jones, MBA
Chief Executive Officer
Rex Jones brings nearly 30 years of hospital leadership experience to Helena Hospital, having served as CEO for facilities in Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Kansas across both not-for-profit and for-profit healthcare systems. A veteran of the U.S. Army Adjutant General Corps, Rex combines disciplined leadership with a genuine commitment to rural healthcare and the communities it serves.
Ella Morris, RN
Director of Nursing / Emergency Department Director
A dedicated nursing leader guiding both inpatient nursing and Emergency Department operations at Helena Hospital.
Janice Pryor, BSMT(ASCP), CIC
Chief Quality Officer
Janice Pryor serves as Chief Quality Officer at Helena Hospital, where she also oversees Infection Control, Human Resources, Compliance, Risk Management, and Medical Staff Credentialing. A UAMS graduate with a bachelor’s in medical technology, she brings 15 years of laboratory experience and more than 25 years in infection control, risk management, and regulatory compliance. She serves as the hospital’s disaster preparedness coordinator for the state’s Northeast Region, sits on the Arkansas Hospital Association’s Quality Advisory Council, and has dedicated 35 years of service to Helena Hospital.
Tammy Drennon, BSRT, ARRT(R)
Director of Imaging Services
Tammy Drennon is an experienced radiologic technologist with more than 30 years of dedicated service in medical imaging. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Technology from UAMS and is skilled in operating a wide range of imaging equipment, working alongside physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver accurate, timely diagnostic results.
Rhonda Reed, BSMT(ASCP)
Director of Laboratory / Revenue Cycle
Rhonda Reed is a healthcare leader with a clinical background in medical technology and decades of experience supporting both patient care and hospital operations. She holds an AAS from PCCUA and a BS in Medical Technology from UAMS, with leadership roles spanning laboratory services, respiratory therapy, sleep studies, HIPAA compliance, rural health clinic management, and revenue cycle operations.
Mary Austyn Reyna, RN
Director of Medical Clinics
Leads Helena Hospital’s community medical clinics, supporting primary care delivery across the Helena and Marianna locations.
Sharon Kinman
Director of Materials Management
Directs supply chain and materials management, keeping every department stocked and ready to deliver care.
Chaketa Robinson
Director of Dietary and Environmental Services
Leads the teams behind Delta Café and hospital environmental services — the people who keep Helena Hospital nourishing and clean every day.
