About Helena Hospital

For more than a century, Helena Hospital has served as the healthcare home for families across the Arkansas Delta — keeping quality care close to home for the people of Phillips County.

Our Story

A Century of Caring for the Delta

For more than a century, Helena Hospital has served as the healthcare home for families across the Arkansas Delta. What began in 1909 as a small hospital on Porter Street has grown, adapted, and endured — always with the same mission: keeping quality healthcare close to home for the people of Phillips County.

Through every expansion and every era of medicine, one thing has never changed — the people of the Delta have always had a hospital they can call their own.

Community Owned

Community Owned. Locally Operated.

Unlike hospitals owned by large healthcare systems, Helena Hospital is owned by and accountable to the community it serves. Our Board of Directors is made up of local residents. Our staff members are your friends, your neighbors, and your family.
